Little Pegs Pop-Up Play Space Terms and Conditions
When you make a booking to visit Little Pegs Pop-Up Play Space (Little Pegs) you are agreeing to follow the terms and conditions set out below. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team.
Little Pegs encourages children to play, explore and have fun in a safe and stimulating environment. Our play facilities pose inherent risks such as, but are not limited to; tripping, falling, and bumping into objects and other children. Although we take every reasonable step to control these risks through the design, maintenance, and operation of the facility, parents/guardians recognise and accept this risk upon entry. Little Pegs accepts no liability for any loss (including theft), damage, or personal injury, unless due to our negligence or other breaches of duty. This includes the car park. In addition, children must be supervised at all times including when in the bathrooms.
Our Rules of Play
1. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Little Pegs cannot take responsibility for children at any time.
2. PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: It is lovely to take photographs of your child enjoying themselves during your visit to Little Pegs. However, some children, parents, carers and staff members, may not be comfortable with images of themselves or their children being taken. There can be a variety of different reasons for this and include;
If a child and/or their family have experienced abuse they may worry about the perpetrator tracing them
• Children/ adults who choose not to have contact with some members of their family may decide to minimise their online presence
• Families may have religious or cultural reasons for choosing not to be photographed.
• Some children visiting may be fostered/adopted and photographs without consent can have far-reaching consequences.
It’s important to be aware of child protection and safeguarding issues when taking photos of or filming. With this in mind we kindly ask that you only take photographs of your child/ children when visiting.
3. All outdoor shoes must be removed before entering Little Pegs. Socks must be worn at all times.
4. Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed.
5. We kindly ask that any children who are/or have been unwell refrain from visiting our refund policy is unaffected.
6. Please report accidents to a member of staff so we can provide the necessary assistance. We will record the accident and make any necessary changes to avoid future accidents occurring.
7. Please report any damage to the play area or any equipment.
8. We do have on-site parking; this is available on a first come first served basis and each customer leaves their car parked at their own risk. Little Pegs does not accept any liability for loss, damage or accidents.
9. BOOKING POLICY Please be advised before booking- We can only refund payment if you give 48 hours’ notice. We can however transfer a booking to another date if a full 48 hours’ notice is given. Unfortunately, we cannot move a booking with less than 48 hours notice.
10. PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- £50 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
- We can only hold a booking for up to 48 hours if the deposit is not received.
- Final payment due in full 14 days before party.
- If you wish to cancel or re-schedule your party we need at least 14 days’ notice.
GDPR and Data Protection
We will comply with data protection law. This says that the personal information we hold about you must be:
- Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way.
- Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.
- Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes.
- Accurate and kept up to date.
- Kept only as long as necessary for the purposes we have told you about.
- Kept securely.
