School Starter Play Session at Little Pegs

Is your little one off to school this September?
We know it’s a big step for them and for you.
This August at Little Pegs, we’re running special play sessions just for children who are about to start school, each one linked to a local Formby or Crosby primary school.
What to expect:
🌿 A calm, supportive space for children to play, explore and connect with other new school friends.
🤝 A chance for parents and carers to meet other families, chat, and support each other as this new chapter begins.
🎨 A ‘starting school’ craft activity to make and take home.
📚 A gentle, themed circle time and story to help little ones feel excited and confident about September.
August School Starter Session Dates and Times*
Friday 22nd August
9:30–11:00am — St Jerome’s Catholic Primary School, Formby
12:00–1:30pm — Redgate Community Primary School, Formby
Tuesday 26th August
9:30–11:00am — St Luke’s CE Primary School, Formby
12:00–1:30pm — Trinity St Peters, Formby
Wednesday 27th August
9:30–11:00am — Ursuline Catholic Primary School, Crosby
12:00–1:30pm — Freshfield Primary School, Formby
Friday 29th August
9:30–11:00am — Woodlands Primary School, Formby
12:00–1:30pm — Our Lady of Compassion Catholic Primary School, Formby
Play sessions will run for 1 hour and 30 minutes including a song/storytime and a special craft activity.
*Please note that these sessions will only take place if we meet the required minimum numbers.
An additional adult (£1) or child (£7.95) ticket can be purchased when booking. If you need to add more than one additional adult or child to your booking, please email sarah@little-pegs.co.uk and we can check the availability of adult spaces.
Non-walking siblings are FREE with a paying sibling.
