Little Pegs is an inviting, clean, safe space where children have the freedom to explore high-quality play areas and resources.
Our play-based sessions run for 1 hour 30 minutes, designed for children from 0 to 4 years. Children will have the freedom to explore the high-quality play areas and resources plus a storytime/songtime to complete your play experience.
Our carefully designed play areas are filled with engaging activities and stimulating resources that encourage creativity, confidence and communication.
At Little Pegs your children will find the opportunity to discover the world around them in a safe and welcoming environment.

Adults have time to connect and socialise and have a decent cup of coffee!
We haven't forgotten about the grown-ups! Our café serves high-quality Crosby Coffee and a selection of tasty treats, perfect for those times when you need a pick-me-up. We've thought of everything to ensure your visit is enjoyable and stress-free.
Whether you had a sleepless night, need a moment to recharge or just catching up with friends, our friendly staff and cozy atmosphere is the perfect environment.

Choose Your Session
We offer both morning and afternoon sessions with times to suit most families.
Morning
(Tues/Wed/Fri)
Morning sessions run from 09.30 to 11.00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Perfect for after the school run or 5am walk-up call.
Afternoon
(Tues/Wed/Fri)
Afternoon sessions run from 12.00 to 13.30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Break up the day and keep your little ones busy.
School Starter Play Sessions at Little Pegs
Is your little one off to school this September?
We know it’s a big step for them and for you.
This August at Little Pegs, we’re running special play sessions just for children who are about to start school, each one linked to a local Formby or Crosby primary school.
What to expect:
🌿 A calm, supportive space for children to play, explore and connect with other new school friends.
🤝 A chance for parents and carers to meet other families, chat, and support each other as this new chapter begins.
🎨 A ‘starting school’ craft activity to make and take home.
📚 A gentle, themed circle time and story to help little ones feel excited and confident about September.

Play sessions will run for 1 hour and 30 minutes including a song/storytime and a special craft activity.
*Please note that these sessions will only take place if we meet the required minimum numbers.
Royal Play Date @ Little Pegs (SOLD OUT)

Join us for a truly magical morning at Little Pegs as we host our Royal Play Date — a special themed play session for little ones.
We’re thrilled to welcome two very special guests: Cinderella and Elsa will be joining us to play, interact and make memories with your little ones in our beautiful, calm play space.
What to expect:
- Meet & greet with Cinderella and Elsa.
- Magical photo opportunities with our royal guests.
- A sing-along session with songs your little ones will love.
Plus all the usual Little Pegs magic, including princess play enhancements and a fairy tale story to complete our royal playdate.

Time: 9.30-11.30am
It’s the perfect summer treat for little ones, but spaces are SUPER limited. WE ARE NOW SOLD OUT!
Tickets: £20.95 (for 1 adult & 1 child).
Additional children £8.00.
Additional adults: £2.50 (additional adult tickets can be booked by emailing sarah@little-pegs.co.uk).
